A holistic Akhanda inspired class includes conscious movement and stretches designed to help overall range of motion and tissue health. Both gentle flow and restorative postures work with the nervous system, thus affecting muscles, connective tissues and organs, with a goal of happiness and wellbeing. This practice is also an opportunity for meditation. Some classes are supported with therapeutic grade essential oils.
