Join our lovely teachers this Fall for some amazing yoga classes.

The practice of yoga is not about changing the brain, body, headstands, or even about gaining greater happiness and joy. If it were, it’d be just like taking a spinning class or doing a set of lunges at the gym. Yoga aims toward transcendence of all those things. In a culture in which we rush from one day to the next, constantly trying to change our health, our body, or our emotions, or to plan our future, yoga opens up the possibility of connecting to what we already have — to who we already are.

* Mindful Trail Running/Yoga Mindful Trail Running/Yoga

Join Natalie Rousseau and Angela Legget for this special one-day event dedicated to exploring the intersection between running, mindful movement and appreciation for the great outdoors. We will start our day with a 2-2.5 hour running clinic which will allow us to work on our trail running skills. We will then reconvene at Kula Wellness Centre for an afternoon session where we will discuss lifestyle & nutrition tips to support your running practice, followed by a targeted yoga practice. There will be time for Q&A throughout the day and the focus of our time together will be on reclaiming a simplicity of connection to both ourselves and the natural world around us.
